The Three Lions Bring Back Bukayo Saka While Bellingham, Phil Foden & Grealish Are Left Out
Bukayo Saka has recorded a dozen goals in 44 games for England.
England have included Bukayo Saka for next week's games versus Latvia and Wales, however no room for Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden or Grealish.
Arsenal forward Saka was absent from the previous World Cup qualifying wins against Serbia and Andorra with a hamstring issue.
The 24-year-old made a comeback for Arsenal and scored in their victory over Olympiacos midweek.
The England international replaces Arsenal team-mate Madueke, who is sidelined till next month with a knee problem.
The Three Lions face Wales in a warm-up match at Wembley this week before a World Cup qualifier in Riga on 14 October.
Should England triumph in Latvia, they will need a maximum of two more points from their last two qualifiers versus Albania and Serbia in November to qualify for next summer's tournament in North America.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Quansah replaces Newcastle's Livramento, who is out for up to eight weeks after suffering a knee issue versus Arsenal last weekend.
Elliot Anderson and Spence, who received their maiden national team selections previously, keep their spots. Loftus-Cheek also remains in the squad, even with the return to fitness of Adam Wharton.
Saka has featured in just a single match for the manager since he became national team boss, because of injury concerns.
Bellingham was absent from the last England international camp as he was rehabilitating after a shoulder operation and has only made one start for his club since returning to fitness.
Foden was left out from Tuchel's previous selection after a dip in performance and has been unsuccessful in returning, despite a impressive beginning to the season with Manchester City.
The forward also is excluded in spite of a resurgence with Everton. The 30-year-old has not featured for the national team since October 2024.

'Attention turns to excluded players'
Thomas Tuchel's latest England squad draws attention on those the head coach has omitted rather than the included names.
Bellingham’s omission may raise some eyebrows but Tuchel understandably feels there is no rush to bring back the Madrid midfielder.
Manchester City's Foden and on-loan Everton forward Jack Grealish have both performed well in the early stages of the season.
The players the manager used in the team’s qualifying victories versus Andorra and Serbia deserve the reward of continuity.
There will be regret that Arsenal's Madueke is not involved because of a fitness issue.
Anderson has settled well at England senior level.
The England boss is a fan of the attacker, in particular, as well as the City star.
If there is one surprise, it is the exclusion of Crystal Palace midfielder Wharton.
The star, naturally, will be required in the future.
