Marvel Rivals Unabashedly Reveals its New Lady Loki Skin
While some may dismiss Marvel Rivals as an imitation of Overwatch, developer NetEase earns credit for discovering creative ways to appeal to its unabashedly thirsty fanbase. Enter Lady Loki, a completely new outfit for the current Strategist hero Loki, providing players a faithful to the comics depiction of the Asgardian trickster god(dess).
A Reskin of Loki, Not Hela
Despite some predictions and fears, the highly anticipated Lady Loki costume is definitely not a skin for Hela. Rather, it is a full-on visual overhaul of Loki the character, complete with new voice lines. Based on the official preview, Lady Loki keeps the full suite of Loki's signature powers: Mystical Missile, his trickery skill, and Doppelgänger. The sole difference is her new appearance, tailored to captivate an audience more than ready to part with their in-game currency.

Below is a glimpse at Lady Loki in action, accompanied by a taste of her new voiceover, courtesy of voice actor Abby Trott. It's worth noting Trott is also the voice behind Magik in Marvel Rivals.
Her dialogue and onscreen presence add a fresh energy to the well-known kit.
A Gateway to Future Skins
With NetEase has broken the seal with this gender-bent skin for Loki, the Marvel Rivals community is busy considering future possibilities. Popular ideas now range from:
- Gwenpool as the forthcoming Deadpool.
- Jane Foster as Thor.
- Spider-Gwen as Spider-Woman.
The big question remains: Does NetEase have the courage to introduce less mainstream alternate versions, such as former hero Sharon Ventura as She-Thing? That will probably hinge on fan demand!
When to Get the Skin
The Lady Loki skin will be available in Marvel Rivals from January 1, 2026, at 6 p.m. PST until January 29, 2026, at 6 p.m. PST.
