The English squad racked up 4 second-half tries to beat a tough Fijian team in their second autumn international.
This win continues Steve Borthwick's side's undefeated streak to nine matches and follows up their triumph over Australia the previous weekend.
The home side got on the board first through Luke Cowan-Dickie before the visitors responded with scores by Ikanivere and Caleb Muntz.
Number ten Muntz missed both conversions but slotted a penalty goal to take the visitors further clear before Feyi-Waboso crossed.
Ellis Genge and the Fijian hooker then exchanged tries to spark an exciting second half.
Substitutes George and Henry Arundell, who showed his scintillating pace, finished off tries to take the hosts into a comfortable lead.
Those scores came either side of Fiji scrum-half Kuruvoli spilling the ball when attempting to score.
Skipper Maro Itoje, who also came off the bench, scored the last touchdown.
The English team now face the All Blacks this coming weekend in their toughest test theoretically this autumn.
Before this meeting, England had won eight of their nine games with the Fijian side – most recently winning a close contest in the quarter-finals of the last global tournament.
Their sole loss came two months prior the competition in Europe and was a major turning point under Borthwick.
With the Pacific Islanders on a five-match winning run – their equal best streak since the late nineties – the fixture was always expected to be hard-fought.
Following smooth attacking phases, number eight Cunningham-South gained valuable meters before Cowan-Dickie barged over for the opening score from close range, with Ikanivere's try off the back of a driving maul providing a swift reply.
Known as the Flying Fijians, that was evident in defense through huge opening period tackles in the center, with full-back Smith, used as a second playmaker, in especial targeted.
But it was the classic attacking Fijian flare that was the standout moment in the first forty as offloads sliced through the English defense for the fly-half to touch down.
Feyi-Waboso sharply finished a cross-field kick by Fin Smith to take the hosts into the lead after he had been dangerously taken out in the air by Ravutaumada, who was awarded a sin-binning following a video review.
England pulled away from Australia the previous weekend in the last twenty minutes through the impact of their replacements that included six British and Irish Lions.
A significantly altered starting XV from the win over the Australians did grab the following touchdown as Genge crossed following a powerful run by Ollie Lawrence, who was making his international comeback after suffering his Achilles tendon against Italy in spring.
Nonetheless, after a smart set piece was finished by the Fijian, the coach introduced five of his bench on the 54th minute – including Lions players Henry Pollock and Tom Curry.
With the game still up for grabs, Fijian number nine Kuruvoli fumbled of the ball when stretching for the tryline to negate replacement George's try.
Flanker Earl, who scored against the Wallabies, produced a stunning game-saving stop to maintain breathing room between the teams.
It capped another outstanding overall display by Earl, who picked up consecutive player-of-the-match awards.
Arundell's pace to chase down a grubber kick showcased exactly why the English replacements is so influential.
It is full of top players and talent, which has helped secure wins in the final quarter that were lost against Australia and the All Blacks last autumn.
Considering Scotland ran New Zealand close, Borthwick's side will fancy their chances of making a big statement this weekend.
If successful, the substitutes will probably again be crucial.
